Here due to my need of cooking family meals, there was the invention of quick and easy recipes. It developed in my kitchen and evolved gradually as a passion for creating great, tasty and healthy home cooked food.
My experience of living in both eastern and western lifestyles gave me the opportunity to understand the different cultural and food habits.Thus cooking also became a source of satisfying my creative pursuits.
Due to my personal experience I discovered that practicality in any recipe is very important. One may have great looking culinary books but finally when you want to cook you end up feeling frustrated. This is because of too much western influence on Asian food and vice versa. Hence I would start each category with simple ingredients you need to stock up and the prior preparations if required with brief introduction and possible variations.
In fact my motivating ideas and tips will make cooking fun and creative. One can cook confidently with basic knowledge, simple techniques and fresh ingredients. All one needs is a flare to dare
